Your Ace Bucks Rewards Program

Our company rewards program is designed to recognize and reward the hard work and dedication of our employees. It is a way for us to say thank you for your contributions and to acknowledge your achievements.


Eligibility

All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the rewards program meeting the following criteria:
  • Must be an active employee with Ace. Employees must surrender all points upon termination. No points may be redeemed if an employee resigns or is terminated for any reason.
  • Must be in good standing with the company with no disciplinary actions or written warnings within the last 90 days.
  • Employees up to and including Sales Account Managers. Sales Account Managers, Installers, Office Staff (Leadership team managers and Branch Operations Managers are not eligible to participate.)

Rewards

Reward Criteria
Employees will receive a list of ways to earn reward points from their Manager. The list may change from time to time based on the needs of the company or specific goals for an individual employee. These specific reward criteria may be posted on a white board in the office. Employees earn reward points as they complete items listed on the reward point criteria sheet.
Redeeming rewards
Rewards can be redeemed by submitting the Ace bucks reward claim form to your Branch Operations Manager, and choosing an available reward from the reward list. Manager will provide the item to the employee within 2 weeks of redeeming points.
Conclusion
Our rewards program is a key part of our company culture and our commitment to our employees and core values. It's our way of showing our employees that we value the hard work and dedication they bring every day. There's no room for complacency here, and this program helps drive that message home. We expect excellence and we're willing to recognize it when we see it.

Verify all billing, AM time card with JobNimbus report, and QBO numbers matched by the 7th of the month

Get Accounts Receivable under previous month's revenue total for one day.
